ROOM TERMS AND CONDITIONSCheck-in time is 2:00 PM, and check-out time is 12:00 NN the following day, giving guests a total stay of up to 22 hours. Overtime stay beyond the check-out time will incur an additional charge of ₱100+ per hour, depending on the room type.
Room rates already include entrance fees, swimming access for two (2) guests, and basic toiletries. Children up to 2 feet in height may stay free of charge (maximum of two children per room). Additional beds may be requested at ₱200 each, while extra persons without an extra bed will be charged ₱150 per person.
A ₱200 refundable deposit is required for room keys and towels. Complimentary breakfast (if included in your package) is served from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM.
Please note that minors cannot check in without a supervising adult.

if i reserve a room, do i still have to pay the entrance and swimming fee?
All our room rates already include free entrance, free parking, and complimentary swimming for two guests. Room guests may also enjoy the use of any available cottages during their stay. For added convenience, meals may be pre-ordered at our in-house restaurant.
do you have a curfew?
In compliance with the current city ordinance, the resort observes a curfew. For your safety, guests with room accommodations are not allowed to enter or exit the resort premises from 12:00 MN to 5:30 AM. Should you have early flights, emergencies, or other urgent needs, special arrangements may be made. Please inform the front desk or any resort personnel in advance.
what are your payment terms for room cients?
Our standard requirement is 50% Down payment a day before your stay. But if it is inconvenient for you, we can make a temporary/pencil booking online. Just go to our reservations page.

do you serve food at the resort?
Yes, we serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily. Please click this link to view the updated Menu available. Last order is at 9:00 P.M.

Yes, guests may use our high-speed internet wi-fi (up to 600 mbps).
do you allow minors to check-in?
Minors are not allowed to check in without the consent and physical presence of their parent or legal guardian. Children 2 feet and below may stay free of charge, with a maximum of two (2) children per room.
do you PROVIDE towels and other toiletries IN THE ROOM ?
Towels and toiletries are included in your room package and will be provided by our Front Desk Officer upon check-in. A refundable deposit of ₱100 per towel and ₱100 for the room key will be collected and returned upon check-out.
do you allow day time check in?
Depending on room availability, we may allow daytime check-ins. Please note that check-ins between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM will be considered a full-day stay, and the check-out time will still be 12:00 NN the following day.
do you have overtime fees for room guests using your cottages / halls?
Guests with room accommodations may stay at the resort from 9:00 PM to 11:30 PM without any additional charges. However, if they choose to remain in the cottages or halls beyond 11:30 PM, they will be required to deposit ₱100, which will be applied toward any overtime fees.
Overtime charges are computed as follows: ₱10 per person for every succeeding hour starting 12:00 MN, rounded up to the nearest full hour. For example, if a guest leaves at 3:15 AM, the time will be rounded to 4:00 AM for billing purposes.
