ROOM TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Check-in at the room is from 2 PM, and check-out is by 12 NN the next day, allowing for a 22-hour stay; overtime charges of ₱100+ per hour apply based on the room type. The room rate includes entrance, swimming access for two, and toiletries. Children up to 2 feet in height stay free, with a maximum of 2 children. Extra beds are ₱200 each, and extra persons without an additional bed incur a charge of ₱150 per person. A ₱200 deposit is required for keys and towels, and complimentary breakfast (if applicable) is served from 7 AM to 9 AM. Unsupervised minors cannot check-in without an accompanying adult. Rates and policies are subject to change without prior notice.

if i reserve a room, do i still have to pay the entrance and swimming fee?
All our room rates are inclusive of free entrance fees, free parking, and a 2 person complimentary swimming. Room guests may also use any of our available cottages. Guests may pre-order their meals at our restaurant.
do you have a curfew?
*We follow a curfew rule depending on the ongoing city ordinance. For your safety, resort guests with room accommodations are not allowed to go in and out of the compound anytime after 12MN until 5:30AM. However, special arrangements may be made in case of early flight requirements and other emergency or urgent situations. Just inform the front desk or any of our resort personnel.
what are your payment terms for room cients?
Our standard requirement is 50% Down payment a day before your stay. But if it is inconvenient for you, we can make a temporary/pencil booking online. Just go to our reservations page.

do you serve food at the resort?
Yes, we serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily. Please click this link to view the updated Menu available. Last order is at 9:00 P.M.

what is your check-in and check-out time?

Do you have a wi-fi?
Yes, guests may use our high-speed internet wi-fi (up to 600 mbps).
do you allow minors to check-in?
Minors are not allowed to check in without the consent or presence of their parents or guardians. Room guests 2 feet and below are free of charge (max. of 2 pax).
do you PROVIDE towels and other toiletries IN THE ROOM ?
Towels and toiletries are included in the package and shall be provided by the Front Desk Officer upon check-in. A deposit of Php100 will be required for each towel and another 100 deposit for the room key.
do you allow day time check in?
Depending on our booking schedules, Yes we may allow daytime check in. Day time check-in from 9:00 am to 6 pm will be considered as a whole day stay. Check out time will still be 12nn the next day.
do you have overtime fees for room guests using your cottages / halls?
Guests with rooms staying from 9 P.M. to 11:30 P.M. at the resort need not pay any additional fees at the front desk. If they will continue to stay at the cottages or halls beyond 11:30, they will have to deposit 100 pesos which will be used in collecting their overtime fees to be computed as follows: 10 pesos per succeeding hour per pax beginning 12M.N. Rounded on an hourly basis. (e.g. If the client will leave around 3:15 A.M. the counting of time shall be considered as 4 A.M. instead of 3:15 A.M.)
