Terms and ConditionsCATERING TERMS AND CONDITIONSEvent Duration & OvertimeFor out-of-town catering services, events extending beyond 9:00 PM will incur an overtime fee of ₱100 per guest. Waiter service is available only until 10:00 PM unless special arrangements are made.
Standard catering service covers four (4) hours. Additional waiter service is charged at:
Menu & Headcount ConfirmationThe final menu selection and confirmed guest count must be submitted seven (7) days before the event. Additional main dishes may be ordered at the following rates: Regular Menu:
Corkage FeesCorkage fees apply to all outside food and beverages brought by the client. Clients using Miah’s Catering services and renting venue halls may enjoy a 10-kilo corkage discount. PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONSVenue BookingTo reserve a venue, a non-refundable blocking fee of 20% of the total venue cost is required.
Catering ServicesA 50% down payment is required upon signing the catering contract. The remaining balance must be settled one (1) week before the event. Payments may be made:
