Outside caterers are welcome at Iloilo Paraw Beach Resort; however, corkage fees apply to all food and beverage items brought in. Guests renting our venue halls, as well as those availing of Miah’s Catering services, are entitled to discounted corkage rates.

Amihan Hall sits directly along the historic shoreline where the longest-running paraw sailing competition in Asia first began. From here, guests are treated to a sweeping view of the majestic Guimaras Island—famed for producing the sweetest mangoes in the world. This native-style hall is naturally cooled by the fresh sea breeze and remains comfortable in both sunny and rainy weather, thanks to its durable Ambulong roofing from Aklan. Its loose black-sand flooring adds to the authentic tropical ambiance, offering guests a unique and refreshing beachside experience.

Habagat Hall shares the same beachfront charm and refreshing coastal ambiance as Amihan Hall—only this time, it is twice as spacious. Built side by side, the two halls are structurally aligned to accommodate large gatherings, offering a combined seating capacity of up to 410 guests, with additional open-space areas that can host up to 500 more walk-in guests when needed.
Habagat Hall also enjoys convenient proximity to our Sea Bar, allowing guests to easily order food and drinks during events. With its size, accessibility, and beachfront atmosphere, Habagat Hall is an excellent choice for big celebrations, corporate functions, and community events.

VENUE POLICYFor venue bookings at Iloilo Paraw Beach Resort, the minimum number of guests required per hall is as follows: 40 guests for Layag Hall and Vinta Hall, 60 guests for Balangay Hall, and 50 guests each for Amihan Hall and Habagat Hall.
Additional charges will apply for extended hours, damages, or extra electrical usage. Venue preparation may begin at least two hours before the reserved time. For setup requests outside regular operating hours, a fee of ₱500 per hour per five guests will be charged.
Clients are not allowed to use adhesives, candles, or any materials that may cause damage to resort property. Any damages incurred will be charged accordingly.
Complimentary tables, chairs, and basic décor are provided for catering orders of ₱10,000.00 and above within the city, or ₱15,000.00 and above outside the city.
To secure your reservation, a non-refundable blocking fee equivalent to 20% of the total venue cost is required. A 30% payment is due one week before the event, and the remaining balance must be settled three days prior. A ₱1,000 security bond must also be deposited at least three days before the event and will be refunded after deducting any additional charges for extra services or damages beyond the agreed contract.

If you meet the minimum guest requirement for catering—based on the venue you select—the venue fee will be waived.

what if we exceed the five hours time during our event?
If your event exceeds the allotted five (5) hours, an overtime fee will be charged. The overtime rate is calculated as follows: venue rate ÷ 5 hours = overtime fee per hour for every hour (or fraction thereof) beyond the agreed schedule.
