Designed with white and lemon yellow swathe ceilings and curtain ensambles, Layag Hall is a perfect venue for meetings, celebrations, team buildings and other closed door events.

Amihan Hall sits in front of the shoreline where the longest Paraw Sailing Competition in Asia started. It is overlooking the majestic Guimaras Island - where the sweetest Mangoes in the world are located. The native hall is constantly supplied with fresh sea breeze and  it is not affected by hot or rainy weather conditions as it is made from Ambulong - a sturdy roof material of Aklan. The floor space is made up of loose black sands made perfect for your quick tropical beach experience.

Our Habagat hall is also blessed with the same features as that of our Amihan Hall, this time it is 2X bigger. Both the Amihan hall and Habagat Hall are structurally aligned to one another to house big events with a combined sitting capacity of up to 410 Pax excluding open space areas (can accommodate up to 500 more pax) which walk-in customers can also use. Not only that, Habagat Hall is also very proximate to our Sea Bar where our guests can conveniently order their food and drinks.
VENUE POLICY: For venue bookings at Iloilo Paraw Beach Resort, minimum guest requirements are 40 for Layag Hall and Vinta, 60 for Balangay, and 50 for Amihan and Habagat. Additional charges apply for exceeding hours, damages, and electrical usage. Preparation begins at least two hours before the reserved time, with a fee of ₱500 per hour per five guests for setups outside operating hours. Clients are prohibited from using adhesives, candles, or items that may damage property, with any damages charged accordingly. Complimentary tables and chairs are provided with basic decorations for orders of ₱10,000.00 within the city or ₱15,000.00 outside the city. To secure your venue booking, a non-refundable blocking fee of 20% of the total venue cost is required, with a 30% payment due one week before the event and the remaining balance due three days prior. A security bond of ₱1,000 must be deposited at least three days before the event and will be refunded after deducting any additional charges for services beyond the contract.

If we avail the catering services of iloilo paraw, do we still have to pay for the venue?
If you meet the minimum number of guests required for catering (which shall depend on the venue you choose), then you need not pay for the venue.
