We have rooms available good for two people. Air-con rooms is 800 pesos per day. Available in double deck beds and matrimonial beds. If you want to add additional guests in the room, you can just pay for extra beds (maximum of 2 persons) for only 200 pesos each extra bed.
We also have air-conditioned bunker rooms for Php3,800 good for 14 pax.

*We follow a curfew rule. For your safety, resort guests with room accommodations are not allowed to go in and out of the compound anytime after 10PM until 5:30AM.

*Towels and toiletries are included in the package and shall be provided by the Front Desk Officer upon check-in. A deposit of Php100 will be required for each towel and another 100 deposir for the room key.

More will be made available to suit your taste and venue requirements.Meantime, if the cottages are occupied, you may choose to stay in our halls for free (provided that there is no event reserved for the day). If there is an event in any of our halls, you may find shaded areas or other suitable places in the compound and set-up your tables and chairs there.
TABLES AND CHAIRS
Tables may be rented inside for 100 pesos each (good for 8-10 pax) and chairs for 5 (monobloc) 10 (bench "bamboo" chair) pesos each.

As of the moment, we do not encourage our guests to swim at the beach right now because we are still in the process of requesting for a protection line near our coast. We only allow guests to go to the beach during weekends if we have our security and lifeguard on duty or if we have wedding receptions, celebrations, special events or requested arrangements.
Since we are still on the development stage, a lot of our plans are still on the pipeline. We are slowly but surely preparing for our beachfront amenities.
Also, you may be interested to know that we just finished building cottages and pavilions fronting our shoreline and we intend to build more in the coming months. These venues is intended for all our guests especially those who really have great appreciation of the beach.

Where to stay?

We now have cottages amd pavilions available and more will be made available to suit your venue reqirements. We also have lumpigas with cushions to serve as your seats or you may coose our bamboo table set. The cottage rental fee is Php3,000 consumable with food and drinks.
If there is no event, you can stay at our Balangay Open Hall or you can stay in the benches provided for free. you can also rent out tables (good for 8-10pax) for 100 pesos and chairs for only 5 pesos each.
How to get there?
If you're going to take a taxi from Molo or from the City, you just instruct the driver to take the road going to Calumpang and drive until you reach the Calumpang Barangay Hall (we are walking distance from there) or the intersection going to Miraculous Medal Parish Church (if you turn right). Maybe just a few meters from that point, you will see the big tarp outpost signage of Iloilo Paraw Resort. You may ask the driver to proceed there so you can get off from the taxi.
Meanwhile, if you're going to take a jeepney, you can take the Jeepney route from Ledesma St. City Proper that passes through the Robinson's Mall that is bound to Calumpang. Our entrance fee is 30 pesos (kids and adults except babies) and swimming fee is Php70 for adults and Php50 for kids (swimming fee for babies are free of charge).
As of the moment, we have few cottages available but more will be available by 2019. Meantime, if the cottages are occupied, you may choose to stay in our halls for free (provided that there is no event reserved for the day). If there is an event in any of our halls, you may find shaded areas in the compound and and set-up your tables and chairs there.
Tables may be rented for 60-100 pesos each (good for 6-8 pax) and chairs for 5 (monobloc) 10 (bench "bamboo" chair) pesos each.

Outside food and drinks is allowed at the resort but we apply minimal corkage fees (please visit our website for the complete list of corkage fees: https://iloiloparaw.weebly.com/corkage-fees.html). Food and snacks may also be ordered at the restaurant.
We only accept reservations for walk-in customers with more than 20 guests. If you have less than 20 guests, availability of tables and chairs will be on a first come first served basis. Thank you!

If you are coming from the City Proper, from Robinsons Iloilo alongside Ledesma St., ride the Calumpang jeep going to Molo direction. Then tell the Jeepney Driver Iloilo Paraw Beach resort located at Zone 7 Calumpang Molo, Iloilo City. We are walking distance from the Calumpang Barangay Hall and the Miraculous Medal Parish Sign Board.
If you are coming from Oton area, ride the Oton jeep then go down Plaza Villa jeep. Then ride a pedicab (sikad) going to Breakthrough. When you are in Breakthrough you ride a Calumpang jeep going to city area. Then Go down Miraculous signboard or before the Calumpang Barangay Hall. We are walking distance from there. We have rooms available good for two people. Air-con rooms is 800 pesos per day. Available in double deck beds and matrimonial beds. If you want to add additional guests in the room, you can just pay for extra beds (maximum of 2 persons) for only 150 pesos each extra bed.
We also have air-conditioned bunker rooms for Php3,800 good for 14 pax.
*Room fees are inclusive of entrance fees if guests will book a room.
*Swimming pool fees are paid separately if you are booked in any of our rooms.
*You can enjoy our high-speed internet wifi for only 30 persos (wholeday use).
*Minors are not allowed to check in without the consent or presence of their parents or guardians.
*We follow a curfew rule. For your safety, resort guests with room accommodations are not allowed to go in and out of the compound anytime after 10PM until 5:30AM
*Pencil bookings may be made online through our Iloilo Paraw FB Messenger.
*Check-in time is 2PM and check-out time is 12NN the next day.
*Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner are now available at the restaurant area of the resort.

*Walk-in guests who would like to swim or just stay and relax in our resort are very welcome. You can stay in the benches provided for free, or, you can also rent out tables (good for 8-10pax) for 100 pesos and chairs for only 5 pesos each.

You may use our halls for free provided there is no event reserved for that day. If ever there is an event, you may find other places in the compound to set your tables (may be rented for 60-100 pesos good for 6-8pax) and chairs (For only 5 pesos each).
You can also bring your food and drinks for a minimal corkage fee. Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, drinks and snacks are also available at the resort. Just make sure that you bring your swim wear or clothes which can be allowed at the pool - otherwise , the management will not allow you to use the swimming pool facilities. Cotton is strictly not allowed.
We require reservations for groups with more than 20 visitors. For guests with less than 20 visitors, please come early at the resort because our tables and chairs will be provided on a first come first serve basis.

Cottages & Pavilions Inquiry
We now have Cottages (Payag & Bugsay 1 & 2) and Pavilions (Amihan & Habagat) at the beachside area of Iloilo Paraw. More will be made available to suit your venue requirements. .
PAYAG COTTAGE
The rental rate of Payag which can accommodate 10 or more person is Php1,500 for a whole day or at least 4 hours of night stay; The rental fee is CONSUMABLE with FOOD (80% of the consumable amount) and DRINKS (20% of the consumable amount).
BUGSAY (1 & 2) COTTAGE
The rental rate of the half-side of the Bugsay cottage which can accommodate 12-15 person is Php3,000 for a whole day or at least 4 hours of night stay; and is CONSUMABLE with FOOD (80% of the consumable amount) and DRINKS (20% of the consumable amount). If you wish to occupy the whole cottage, then a rental fee for Php 6,000 worth of consumable food and drinks will be applied.
You may choose to rent the cottages with either the LUMPIGA with cushions arrangement so you can sit on the floor comfortably or the one with the native bamboo table set-up with chairs.
COTTAGE RENTAL & RESERVATIONS
Reservation is first come first serve basis which is why we strongly recommend that you make down-payment immediately when you make your reservation. You may need to order the food and drinks prior to your schedule to ensure that all are in place, choices are available and ready to be served according to your time preference.
If the cottages are occupied, you may opt to stay in our available pavilion or in some of the shaded areas inside the resort. You can just rent tables (Php60-100 pesos for a table good for 8-10 pesos) and chairs ( for only 5 pesos each).
We also have available benches alongside the swimming pool area that you may occupy for free.
